I hate articles like this. They are just ASKING for people to make flame wars aren't they?
People just don't seem to learn that FIRST generation of tech items are ALWAYS improved upon.
They NEED some patience and wait
In technology, the FIRST versions of items are ALWAYS improved upon within the first few months and keep on improving till their duration.
This is ALWAYS the case with technology. They COULD have waited. But they didn't. So no Sony didn't burn them, the customers who adopted early had no common sense when it comes to technology.
However, I suppose if Sony "burned" their early adopters, how does ANY HD DVD (early or not) adopter feel? "Burned" does...
It's REALLY unfair
with the way EA is SUPER AGGRESSIVE in their goals of taking Take Two, it makes one wonder just how "safe" EA is.
They are acting VERY desperate in my opinion. And now yes, I will agree with Take two's president in saying that they ARE trying to take advantage of GTA 4. Because Take Two NEVER said they wouldn't consider the buy out. All they said was to WAIT until AFTER GTA 4 is launched.
Yet EA STILL keeps pushing.
So yeah, I'm starting to thi...
I hope nobody sees this little clearance bonanza as a "win" of any sort for HD DVD.
The discs are damn near free now. Of course they'll see like crazy (to those that are unaware of the format war and the fallout of it)
I love it when these people that don't watch the tutorials or read the instructions has something to say about a game "sucking".
I was considering taking up game design in school.
It's tough to get into the business as it is. Now combined with that fact that you're saying that these companies can legally hold down potential programmers talent just because they're afraid of their tech secrets being leaked is scary
Not just by contract, But Tekken 6 was built using the cell chip. So tekken 6 on 360 is highly unlikely. But hey who knows, a lot of things we think can't happen end up happening so it's anyone's guess I guess lol
Nah man,
Media Create is the Japanese equivalent to the NPD of America and the GFK of Europe.
They only do final counts and more exact numbers
MGS4 will help some, But the Japanese REALLY love their Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest games. So yeah, FF will have a monumental impact that Metal Gear won't (even though MGS4 will sure have an impact of its own)
But the Wii demand will slow for the simple fact that almost everyone in Japan probably has it by now lol
P.S.- What the hell Sonarus? I could have sworn you had more than 5 start up bubbles
is that really true? Working in gaming might not be all it's cracked up to be then. That means one's potential talent can easily be abused
I'm not worried about this game at all. I just want ONE shot of gameplay was showing.
My curiosity is peeked
Why would this link SHOW you and POG with the SAME IP if you aren't the same person:

Mart, you should be ashamed of yourself. I just hope you aren't a full grown adult pulling this nonsense. If you're under 18 then it's not so bad. Otherwise, they it's just sad
Sure, from american sites. lol
And as far as "taking the lead" as far a sales go, keep in mind that is only because of the AMERICAN public. Go overseas and it's a different story.
And if you wanna talk about history, HISTORY always repeats itself. Keep that in mind child.
Man it is SO easy to see why you're a two-bubble wonder right now. You should stick to the open zone if you want to start flame wars. That's what it's MEANT for
That's what N4g is good for nowadays. Even more so than game news. Sad but true
That's why I don't really worry about articles like this.
The SAME stuff was said for ps1 and ps2. Look how they turned out.
Secondly, ever heard of the open zone?
It's about time they shut him up. I was getting tired of this man's nonsense.
Now he can go back to actually doing his job instead of making a damn nuisance of himself
When did the ps3 come out, nov 06 right?
Technology DOES evolve. Just how long did they expect a video game/ blu ray hybrid machine to be THE best?
If anything it IS the most flexible blu ray player though. Firmware updates makes sure of that
